Cluster · Metabolic & anti-ageing
Longevity peptides
Peptides associated with metabolic health, mitochondrial function, and slowing the biology of ageing, MOTS-c, epitalon, 5-Amino-1MQ, AOD-9604. This is the hype-heaviest cluster on the site. Human data is almost entirely absent; most claims trace to small Russian studies, mouse studies, or wellness clinic marketing. The science is genuinely interesting and worth tracking. It is not, today, a reason to use these compounds.
CDDDD
Elamipretide (SS-31)
Mitochondria-targeting tetrapeptide with a genuine rare-disease trial programme but mixed results; not the anti-ageing energy booster it is marketed as.
5-Amino-1MQ
Emerging metabolic compound; early research only.
AOD-9604
A GH fragment marketed for fat loss; human trials were largely disappointing.
Epitalon
Promoted as anti-ageing via telomerase; human evidence is very limited.
MOTS-c
Mitochondrial peptide dubbed "exercise in a vial"; mostly preclinical.
Cluster assignment reflects each peptide’s primary intent, its main reason for being on the site. Some peptides span clusters in practice (tesamorelin is approved for HIV-associated visceral fat but is also chased by bodybuilders); we file each under one canonical cluster and link out where the cross-over matters.
